We are happy to be one of four consortium members of the Erasmus+ project SciCultureD that started in January! The project offers an innovative 5-day program at the interface of science, art and entrepreneurship – “transdisciplinary collaboration towards a more innovative and equitable society, and sustainable environment”.

The target group of the project are young scientists, but also artists, creative people, teachers, people from the educational sector or the start-up scene. The focus is on the European Green Deal and the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations.

One of the three 5-day intensive courses developed within the SciCultureD project will take place in April 2023 in Bochum, the other two in Athens, Greece (2022) and Malta (2024).

In addition to organizing the 5-day intensive course in Bochum and two other events in Bochum and the Ruhr area, city2science is responsible within the project for strategically anchoring the transdisciplinary and innovative approaches of the SciCultureD project in higher education.

The University of Malta is lead of this project, the other two project partners are the Western Norway University of Applied Sciences (HVL) and the greek NGO Science View.
